National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the notification for National Common Entrance Test (NCET) 2026. Eligible candidates can apply online for admission into the 4-Year Integrated Teacher Education Programme (ITEP) offered by participating Central/State Universities, including institutions like University Grants Commission (UGC) recognized universities.

Candidates who have passed or are appearing in 10+2 (Intermediate) examination from any recognized board are eligible to apply. The selection will be based on a Computer Based Test (CBT) conducted by NTA.

How to Apply NTA NCET Form

  • Visit the Official Website
    Go to the National Testing Agency’s official NCET portal:
    https://nta.ac.in or https://exams.nta.ac.in.
  • Find the NCET 2026 Link
    On the homepage, look for the link that says
    “NCET 2026 – Apply Online” or “Fill NCET Application Form”.
  • Registration
    • Click on the “New Registration” button.
    • Enter your name, email ID, mobile number and other required details.
    • Create a login ID and password (note this down for future use).
  • Login to Your Account
    • Use your login credentials (ID & password) to sign in.
    • Go to the “Application Form” section once logged in.
  • Fill the Application Form
    • Enter your personal details (name, DOB, gender, category).
    • Provide academic details (10+2 information).
    • Select your preferred exam city and subjects.
  • Upload Documents
    Upload scanned copies (as per specifications) of:
    • Photograph (passport size)
    • Signature
    • Class 12 Marksheet / Certificate
    • ID proof (Aadhaar/PAN)
  • Pay the Application Fee
    Pay the fee online using Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI.
  • Review & Submit
    Check all details carefully → Click Submit.
  • Print Confirmation
    After submission, download / print the confirmation page for future reference.
